Dates may be held for 7 days until a deposit is recieved, after this if no deposit is recieved they will be given to the next person.

50% DEPOSIT MUST BE SENT WITH ALL BOOKINGS, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON TASTER SESSIONS AND SHORT COURSES OF ONE WEEK OR LESS.

THE BALANCE IS DUE AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO COURSE START DATE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COURSES START WITHOUT THE FULL PAYMENT BEING CLEARED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO COURSE START DATE.

Please note deposits are non refundable under any circumstances as tuition is on a 1:1 basis with a max of 4 students and this space is reserved espically for you.

We reccommend students take out insurance to cover courses fees in case of illness or cancellation of courses.

WE ALSO RECCOMMEND STUDENTS NEW TO GROOMING TAKE A TASTER SESSION IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE YOUR COURSE OR CHANGE YOUR MIND YOUR FEES WILL BE LOST.

There is no charge for debit cards.

Credit cards are subject to a 2.5% handling charge.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances, we advise students to take out there own insurance to cover against cancellation of courses as each course is one to one training and your grooming table/space, training dogs and tutor are reserved indivdually for you for the dates booked.

Students cancelling courses will lose -

ALL OF THERE DEPOSIT.

In the event of illness/accident accompanied by a doctors note one change of dates will be allowed providing at least 21 days notice is given prior to course start date.

If less than 21 days notice is given to change of dates part of your deposit will be lost as follows to cover the cancellation of the dates booked -

20-8 days notice you will be charged 25% of your deposit for change of dates.

if less than 7 days notice is given you will charged 50% of your deposit for change of dates.

Grooming tuition is undertaken entirely at your own risk, smartpets can not be held liable for any loss, accident etc occuring. Grooming is heavy physical work and reccommend all students are physically fit, and have up to date tetanus, if you have any health/back problems or are pregnant please let us know and consult your doctor prior to undertaking training.

Students must follow all health and safety instructions, wear protective clothing and follow handling instructions given throughout the course.

Students must not consume alcohol or drugs whilst undertaking training and the salon operates a non smoking policy.

Failure to comply with the above will result in dismissal and all fees will be lost.

Students not completing courses or failing to come to classes on time/missing day will forfeit these sessions and no fees will be refunded , a charge will be made for any replacement sessions to wish to book.
